This notice explains how the personal data you send through the contact form on this site is handled.

Who is responsible: Tamara Chanturiia, AI creative director. You can reach me by email at [email protected], on Telegram or Instagram.

What is collected: your name and contact (email, Telegram or WhatsApp) and, if you provide them, your brand, website or Instagram, deadline, rush request and project details — plus the page language, the page and UTM tags you came from, and the time of the request. To stop spam, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile and a salted hash of your IP address is kept briefly for rate limiting.

Why: only to reply to your request and discuss a possible project. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No newsletters, no profiling, no sale or sharing of your data for marketing.

Who processes it for me: Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage, spam protection), Telegram (notification of new requests) and Resend (email notification of new requests). These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under standard contractual clauses.

How long: requests are kept for 12 months after our last contact and then deleted. Rate-limit records are deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights: you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a copy in a portable format, restriction of or objection to processing, and you can withdraw your consent at any time — just write to me at [email protected], on Telegram or Instagram. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Cookies: the public site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
